Ventis, a Sky Islands Haven

A location for Vaults of Vaarn, the TTRPG by Leo Hunt.

Ventis used to be the city of the great autarch Leontinax-Od V. A crazed religious leader hunting for something in the stars.

Now it's a haven at the edge of the desert, away from the New Hegemony. Where the rejected, the criminals and the lost ones come to have a second chance. Where merchants, travelers and curious folks stop to breath a little and relax. 

But don't be fooled by appearances, there is mystery and conflict on the pink rock that is called Ventis.

Ventis is a city a the edge of Vaarn, the blue desert. A haven outside the reach of the New Hegemony but not outside the reach of trouble-makers. Included is a short history of the city, 6 hooks, 4 district, 8 locations, 6 npcs and 3 possible changes to the city for when characters come back.
