Born from the Sand

This is a playtest version.

It’s been awhile since it started raining sand in the Old Valley, east of Bastion. In the last few days, the rain stopped. Rumors of a building full of treasures emerging from the sand have been spreading across Bastion, people nicknamed it The Oasis. Will you try your luck?

The Oasis is a dungeon for Into the Odd. It is a time and space vehicle shaped as an inverted pyramid filled with my interpretation of the Odd. I hope your delve will be delightful. I’m open to any constructive feedback you have about it, you can email me at xgmshail@gmail.com.

Disclaimer

This project was made in the first month of my #HEX23 project. It probably has errors here and there and might not be as varnished as I would like. If you happen to play it I would be grateful to get your feedback, as there is a fair chance I will improve it later. In fact, here’s some things I already have in mind.

• Better doors and passageways, I feel like they are too uniform.
• Improve the consistency of the description, in content and design.
• The two floors are a bit too disconnected thematically, something could be done to improve that.
• Create a nice, home printable booklet with some art in it.

This also means that it was not playtested prior to being published.
